Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 2026
This policy explains what Atlas Metabolic collects when you apply to become a partner, why we collect it, who we send it to, and how to get it back or get rid of it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legalese. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.
Atlas Metabolic licenses technology and business systems to independent operators. We are not a healthcare provider, a medical practice, or a pharmacy. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and this policy does not cover a clinic's own handling of patient records. If you are a patient of a clinic that licenses Atlas software, that clinic — not Atlas — controls your medical information, and its own notices apply.
What We Collect
Almost everything we hold about you is information you typed into our application form on purpose. The rest is technical detail your browser sends automatically, plus advertising identifiers described below.
Information you give us
| What | Why we ask |
|---|---|
| Full name | To know who we are speaking to. |
| Email address | To confirm your application and follow up in writing. |
| Phone number | To call or text you about your application, if you consent. |
| City and state | To understand which market you are asking about, and because licensing and telehealth rules differ by state. |
| Your motivation, prior business experience, and target timeline | To judge whether the programme is a sensible fit before we take up your time on a call. |
| An indicated range of available capital | To confirm the programme is financially realistic for you. We ask for a range, not account numbers, balances, or any financial-account credentials — and you should never send us those. |
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address at the moment you gave consent, together with the exact consent wording shown to you and the time you agreed. We keep this specifically so that both of us have a record of what you agreed to regarding calls and texts.
- Marketing attribution data — the campaign parameters in the link you arrived on
(
utm_source,utm_medium,utm_campaign,utm_term,utm_content), the page you landed on, and the site that referred you. - Advertising click identifiers — if you arrived from an ad, the platform appends an
identifier to the link (Google's
gclid, Meta'sfbclid, TikTok'sttclid). We store these to understand which advertising works.
How We Use It
- To review your application and decide whether to invite you to a conversation.
- To contact you about that application by email, phone, or text.
- To measure which marketing brought good applicants, so we spend less on advertising that does not.
- To keep records of consent, and to meet our own legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you. A human reviews applications.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the service providers that make the application process work, and only so they can do that job:
| Who | What they receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | All submitted fields, stored in a Cloudflare D1 database; site traffic | Hosting, storage, and protection against abuse. |
| GoHighLevel | Your name, contact details, application answers, and consent record | This is the customer-relationship system our Partner Success team works from. |
| Our email provider | Your name and email address | To send your confirmation and follow-up messages. |
| Our SMS provider | Your name and phone number | Only if you consented to texts. See below. |
| Advertising and analytics platforms | See the honest note immediately below | Measuring and targeting advertising. |
Many privacy policies claim the company never shares anything. Ours would be inaccurate if it said that. This website runs Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, and the TikTok pixel. Those tools send information about your visit — including identifiers that can be linked to your accounts on those platforms — back to Google, Meta, and TikTok.
We receive no money for this, so it is not a "sale" in the ordinary sense. But under California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and several other state privacy laws, this kind of pixel activity can legally count as "sharing" or as "targeted advertising," and you have the right to opt out of it. We would rather tell you that plainly than hide behind a narrow definition. See Your Rights for how to opt out.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it — a valid subpoena or court order, for example — or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If our business is ever sold or merged, applicant records could transfer with it; we would tell you before that changed how your information is used.
SMS Communications
If you tick the consent box on the application form, you agree that Atlas Metabolic and its Partner Success team may call and text the number you gave us about your application, including by automated dialing system and prerecorded message.
- Consent is not a condition of applying, or of any purchase. You can apply, and you can become a partner, without ever agreeing to texts.
- Message frequency varies and depends on where you are in the process.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP, or email us at the address below.
- We keep a record of your consent — the wording shown, the time, and your IP address — so that both of us can show what was agreed.
- We do not share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing. Our SMS provider receives it only to deliver our messages to you.
Cookies & Analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, and the TikTok pixel. These set cookies and similar identifiers that let us measure how many people saw a page, which advertising produced applications, and which did not. They also allow those platforms to show you Atlas advertising elsewhere.
You can control this in several places, and they stack:
- Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies. Blocking them will not break this site.
- Most browsers and some regions support a Global Privacy Control signal, which we treat as a valid opt-out request where the law requires it.
- You can adjust ad personalisation directly in your Google, Meta, and TikTok account settings.
- You can email us and ask us to stop, using the address below.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete what we hold, subject to records we must keep by law — a consent record for calls and texts is one we generally must retain.
- Opt out of targeted advertising and of the pixel "sharing" described above.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Exercising them will not affect your application.
To exercise any of them, email support@atlasmetabolic.com with the request and the email address or phone number you applied with, so we can find your record. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires, and within 45 days at the latest. We may need to verify it is really you before we hand over or delete anything — that protects you, not us.
We keep application records for as long as we are in contact with you about becoming a partner, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal and record-keeping reasons — in particular the consent record described above.
We are being deliberately non-specific here because we would rather not state a fixed retention period we do not yet enforce automatically. Today, deletion is handled manually when you ask. If you want your record gone, email us and we will remove it.
Children
This is a business-opportunity application for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes To This Policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you directly.
