You apply

We approve partners individually. We are looking for a genuine audience overlap, not volume.

You get a tracked link

On approval you receive a unique referral link and a dashboard showing clicks, applications, and status of each referral.

We take it from there

Your referral applies, our Partner Success team runs the discovery call, and we handle every stage of the sale.

You get paid

$5,000 per referral that signs, paid 7 days after their agreement is signed and the refund window has closed.

The commercial terms, in full

Everything that determines whether you get paid, stated up front rather than buried in an agreement you sign later.

Commission: $5,000 for each referred applicant who signs an Atlas partner licence.
When it is paid: 7 days after the partner signs and their refund window has closed. We do not pay on a signature that is later unwound.
How it is paid: ACH to a US bank account, or wire. You will be asked for a W-9 or W-8BEN before the first payout — commissions are reportable income.
Attribution window: 90 days from first click on your link. If the same person is also referred by another partner, the first partner to refer them is credited.
What counts: A closed licence only. Applications, booked calls, and unclosed conversations do not earn a commission.
The licence fee: A single one-time fee — Atlas takes no percentage of a partner's revenue, ever. The exact figure is disclosed to approved referral partners and is confirmed with each buyer in writing before anything is signed.
Term: Either side may leave at any time. Referrals already in the 90-day window at that point are still honoured.

What we are not promising

We are not telling you what you will earn. We are telling you the rate we pay per closed referral. How many close — if any do — depends on your audience, your introduction, and whether those people turn out to be a genuine fit for a business like this. We turn down applicants regularly, including referred ones, and we would rather decline someone than sell them something that will not work for them.

There is no minimum, no guarantee that any referral closes, and no projection of totals anywhere on this page. Anyone in this category who hands you an earnings figure is guessing.

The programme works when you already have the trust of people who could realistically write a cheque for a business, and who want into health without starting from nothing.

It is not a fit if your audience is patients or consumers looking for treatment. This is a business licence sold to operators. Pointing patients at it helps nobody and we will decline the application.

Tracking and reporting

On approval you get a unique referral link. Anyone who arrives through it is attributed to you for 90 days, through the application, the discovery call, and the close.

You will be able to see, in your partner dashboard: clicks on your link, applications that came from it, where each one currently sits in the process, and what is owed to you. Attribution is handled by a dedicated referral platform rather than by us updating a spreadsheet, so what you see and what we pay come from the same record.

Straight answer on timing

This programme is opening now, and approvals are being processed in the order applications arrive. Your link and dashboard are issued when your application is approved — not the moment you submit this form. If anything about your setup means that timing matters, say so in the form below and we will tell you honestly where you stand.

How you may promote it

These are conditions of the programme, and they exist because getting them wrong creates legal exposure for you as much as for us.

Disclose that you are paid. The FTC requires a clear, conspicuous disclosure that you receive a commission — in the post itself, not only in a bio or a link page.
Never state or imply an income. No revenue figures, no "replace your salary", no screenshots of anyone's earnings. Not for the partner licence, and not for your own commissions.
No medical claims. Do not describe treatment outcomes, name specific medications as a promise, or imply clinical results.
No invented urgency or social proof. Do not fabricate testimonials, countdowns, or partner counts. If you need proof to point at, ask us and we will tell you what is real.
No paid search on our brand terms, and no unsolicited email or SMS to lists that did not opt in to hear from you.

Breach any of these and we will end the arrangement and withhold commissions on the affected referrals. We would much rather send you the compliant version of a post than have that conversation.
