Before you reserve

Zero-touch means the documents do the talking. Here's what the reserve does and doesn't do.

What exactly does the reserve do?

It holds your place in the build schedule and opens your private Diligence Vault: the written fee schedule, the Build Specification, the license agreement, the operations manual and library index, and the reserve terms themselves. The 10% reserve is applied toward the one-time license fee; the balance is due before build begins.

What happens after I pay?

Three things, in order. First, the vault opens — the link arrives by email, usually within a minute. Second, you receive the brand-intake link, where you tell us how you want your clinic to look and sound. Third, your build slot is confirmed in the schedule once the balance clears.

What if I change my mind?

Refund terms are stated in the written reserve terms inside the vault — read them before you decide anything else.

Is there a call?

Not required. Zero-touch means the documents do the talking; a human is one reply away if you want one.

Atlas Metabolic builds and licenses business systems to independent operators. Atlas is not a franchisor; there are no royalties, ad funds, or ongoing Atlas fees. The reserve, balance, and refund terms are set out in writing in the vault.
