V-02 Max Assessment

What:

  • 15 min cardio test

  • Treadmill, Stationary Bike, Elliptical, Rowing Machine

  • Wearing Heart Rate Monitor and Mask

Why?: 

  • ​Know your Target Heart Rate Zones so you can plan your exercise more effectively.

  • Determine your "anaerobic threshold" which is the Heart Rate  where you switch from burning fat calories to burning carbohydrate calories!

  • Get a Cardio Score to see what kind of shape you are in and to determine if your exercise program is working



Resting Metabolic Rate Assessment

What:

  • 15-30 minute assessment

  • Wearing a mask and heart rate monitor

  • Relax in comfort for the entire assessment!

Why? :​

  • This assessment determines how many calories you burn in a single day without moving.

  • This can help you plan your exercise and diet based on the goals you want to achieve

  • Determine how well you burn carbohydrates calories vs fat calories.
